There is a cry from women, young and old, all over the world. They are crying for liberty against low self esteem and thoughts of suicide. They want to escape the harsh realities of colorism and systems of oppression. They are ready to leave behind the hurt incurred from bullying, failed relationships, abortions, and more. No longer are women willing to be held captive by their pasts, stuck in mediocrity, and simply fighting to survive. They want to experience emotional wellness. They are now ready for battle. Women are now ready to lead.
Lady Stephanie Dillard is ready to answer the cry of women and help them step into the role they have always been ordained for. The Woman by God’s Design Conference, birthed by Lady Dillard, will address the needs of women through a pre-conference deliverance service. Lady Dillard is working closely with two Holy Spirit filled guest speakers to help lead women into their purpose.
Lady Dillard’s first speaker, Lady Tina Tatum, hails from Hernando, Mississippi. After struggling with alcohol and drug addiction, she decided to give her life to God in 1997, finally allowing God to mend her broken heart and deliver her. That was the beginning of the rest of her life. She developed an undeniable love for Christ, becoming a committed student of the Word of God and the Spirit.
Through honoring God with her life, Lady Tatum, serves as the founder of One Voice - DeSoto in North West Mississippi, a non-denomination, multi- racial, cross-generational call to intercession for the region and nation. She also serves as State leader for Reformation Prayer Network (RPN) under Dr. Cindy Jacobs and Heartland Apostolic Prayer Network (HAPN) under Dr. John Benefield. Lady Tatum is not only blessed in ministry, but also in love. She is the wife of Alan Tatum, and the mother of two children, Faith Marie and Kyle LaRue.
